Community artworks are great fun to work on, providing the Communities involved with a sense of ownership of the completed work. I enjoy working with people who very often have a completely different view on a subject from myself, I find it quite refreshing.

Post Office Planter

Here's a picture of me standing by the Planter I created for the Post Office Wall at the Isle of Whithorn in Scotland. I held design workshops with the Isle of Whithorn Youngsters' Projects Group and a group of the older boys came with me to a Blacksmith's near by to help me make some of the forged steel images. This was a Community led regeneration project for Isle in Bloom and Isle Futures.

Sculptural panels

A couple of the sculptural panels created from the designs done by children at Littlecotes school in Grimsby. The panels can be found on the Community Building at the Duke of York Gardens.

Metal caterpillar designed by one of the youngsters at the Shalom Youth centre in Grimsby. The metalworlk can be found attached to the railings around the play equipment in Grant Thorald Park.
